Contra Dance
June 6 @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Come out for a lively evening of contra and square dancing in Crow’s Nest’s rustic, restored barn. Natural Lands is partnering with Birdsboro Contra Dance for a fun night of dancing and socializing.
Contra dancing draws from square, round, Scottish, English country, Appalachian, and European dances of the 1800s, but modern folks from all heritages participate in the swirling fun.
Whether you’re a seasoned stepper or hearing “do-si-do” for the first time, all dancers are welcome. No special skills are necessary, and no partner is needed. If you can walk, you can dance! Be willing to learn, smile, and ask questions.
