The gentle pace will allow us time to linger in poses and build a deeper connection to the body using our breath. \nPlease bring a mat\, water bottle\, and any props you may like to use. \nabout the instructor \nChristina Fittipoldi’s yoga practice began after the birth of her son. She was immediately drawn to the movement and strength that yoga provided both on and off the mat. Christina started teaching yoga once her son entered elementary school\, and for the past 14 years\, she has guided many students in their yoga journey. Christina offers sequencing that is thoughtful\, meaningful\, and allows for inner exploration while guiding you through safe and responsible movements using body and breath awareness.

We’ll wrap up the afternoon with a relaxing tea tasting and delicious light snacks\, the perfect way to unwind and savor the flavors of nature. \nabout the instructor \nStacey Vinci is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified forest therapy guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. Stacey has been in practice for 14 years supporting individuals\, communities\, and family systems in generational healing\, growth\, and change. Stacey facilitates embodied wellness through somatic\, trauma-informed\, and nature-based offerings.

Whether it’s a fleeting moment of wildlife\, a quiet landscape\, or a close-up marvel of the forest\, we want to see what makes Mariton special to you. \nWhat we’re seeking: \nSubmit a single\, original photo that reflects your unique connection to Mariton. Themes may include (but aren’t limited to): \n\nLandscape photography\nWildlife in action\nMacro and detail photography\nEnvironmental storytelling\n\nLet your lens tell the story of Mariton’s wild\, subtle\, and serene spirit. \nShowcase & Celebration: \nSelected photographs will be featured in a special gallery exhibit along the trails of Mariton\, online\, and across our social media platforms. Local organists will perform a selection of sweeping musical pieces surrounded by the elegant beauty of the Tudor-revival style building. Come for the music and stay for the beauty of the garden\, which is sure to dazzle with autumnal color. \nabout the organist: \n \nConnor Fluharty is an organist\, pianist\, and choral conductor serving as the director of music at the Church of the Good Samaritan in Paoli\, PA. Connor earned his Master of Music in Organ Performance from Westminster Choir College\, where he studied with Daryl Robinson\, and also holds a Bachelor of Music in both organ and piano performance. Connor has taught organ at Lehigh University and often performs as a solo organist and pianist\, as well as an accompanist and continuo player. When not behind the keyboard\, he also sings in the bass section of the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir\, as well as with Princeton Pro Musica and other local ensembles.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready for hands-on\, nature-filled fun for our littlest explorers! Led by partner Felicia Acconciamessa\, an educator with Riverbend Environmental Education Center\, this preschool-friendly\, nature-based program includes a story\, art\, nature activity\, and a “hike” around the garden. \nThis program is designed for children ages two to five. A caregiver must accompany each child. Siblings under two are welcome at no additional charge. \nRegistration for this program opens on September 2 and will be available through the Riverbend website. \n \n register now
